The arbitrators who may be appointed to decide a case under the UORA Rules. Each sits as sole arbitrator and decides on the documents filed, without a hearing.
Appointment is not automatic
Appointment in any case is subject to the arbitrator's express acceptance in that dispute
and to a conflict check. Listing on the Roster is neither an offer to act nor advance
consent to act in any case.
