Model arbitration clause

The clause that puts a dispute about a public review under the UORA Rules. It is produced in English and Arabic, with the digest that identifies the pair, so a contract can cite exactly what the parties agreed.

The clause incorporates the UORA Rules by reference, citing the version and the date in force.

Contract type

Generic (Provider / Customer) عام (مقدّم الخدمة / العميل) Terms of business between a provider of goods or services and its customers. Hospitality (Operator / Guest) الضيافة (المشغّل / الضيف) Booking terms between the operator of a property and its guests.

Provider legal name The name exactly as it appears on the trade licence and in the contract, between 2 and 200 characters. The clause updates as you type.
