The operator
Legal notice
This page identifies the operator of this website, states the seat of the arbitration, and reproduces in full the notice that appears in the footer of every page.
The notice
This notice appears in the footer of every page of this website. It is set out here at reading size, in English and in Arabic. The two versions have the same meaning. If they differ, you may rely on the one in which this site presented it to you — the same rule the Terms of Use apply to themselves, because you did not choose which version you were shown.

Seat and legal framework
The seat of the arbitration is Dubai, United Arab Emirates. A case is administered under the UORA Rules and the arbitration is governed by UAE Federal Law No. 6 of 2018 on Arbitration.
An award made under the Rules is binding on the parties, and may be presented to the Dubai Court of Appeal for ratification under Article 55 of that Law.
The instruments
- The UORA Rules — the procedural instrument a case is administered under and an award is made under. Every version is published with its SHA-256 digest and a bilingual PDF, and earlier versions stay readable.
- Terms of use — the terms on which this website and the platform are used. In force from 28 September 2026, published in English and in العربية together, as Article 26 of Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection requires of a contract with a consumer. The SMS Terms are separately in force and are not part of them.
- Privacy notice — how personal data is handled, under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. It is published and applies to this platform today.
- Contact — how to reach the operator, and how a procedural question about a live case has to be raised instead.
